
Fremont – The mutilated remains of what two animals seem to be found on Sunday at the Centerville train station, authorities said Monday.
The police have not yet determined what species the animals were.
The Amtrak police contacted Fremont police around 2:30 pm on Sunday, who found what seemed to be a beheaded and “evisceral” that remained in a park of the park at the Centerville Train Station, 37260 Fremont Blvd.
In a press release, the police said there were several bags located next to the bank. In one of the bags, the police found a second animal that seemed to be beheaded and in another bag they discovered intestines of animals or internal organizations, authorities said.
Police said a forensic veterinarian has contacted the leg to help identify animals species and determine how they died. Additional updates will be provided when available.
