Mickey Rourke has addressed the shocking statements made by his former “girl” Bella Thorne co -star.
The representatives of the “The Wrestler” actor, 72, issued a statement after Thorne, 27, accused Rourke or “took a metal grinder” to his genitals and “they have the pelvic bone” while filming a scene in 2020.
“This type of F-Rey. Groso. I had to work with this scene in a scene where I am on your knees with my hands tied behind my back,” Thorne tweeted on Friday in the middle of Rourke’s controversy “Celebrity Big Brother.” “It is supposed to wear a metal grinder to my knee and insult cap, I used it in my genitals through my jeans.”
“Hit them again and again. I had bruises in the pelvic bone,” he said. “Working with Mickey was one of the sausages experiences of all the time of my life working as an actress.”
While Rourke’s team acknowledged that Thorne’s statements were “extremely serious” and “deeply worrying”, they also said that the “9½ weeks” actor denied “any intentional misconduct.”
“We are aware of the deeply worrying statements made by Bella Thorne about his experience in the set with Mr. Rourke duration of a FIT film,” said the statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “These accusations are extremely serious. Mr. Rourke firmly denies any intentional misconduct.”
“It has not previously contacted any claim of this nature and did not know any discomfort expressed by Mrs. Thorne at that time,” Rourke’s team continued. “Out of respect for all the parties involved already the light of the severity of the statements, Mr. Rourke will refrain more at this time. It is prepared for any appropriate consultation.”
The statement concluded: “We extend our support to all professionals who deserve to feel safe and respected in their workplace.”
Meanwhile, the former Disney Channel star made a series of other surprising statements about Rourke regarding her time filming the horror movie “Girl” five years ago.
Thorne claimed that Rourke decided to “accelerate and review his engine so that he could cover me completely on the ground” and that he was forced to visit Rourke’s trailer “absolutely only” because the action “refused to talk” to anyone in the set in addition to her.
“In fact, to beg alone. In his trailer. Since the film could not end without him,” Thorne alleged on another tweet on Friday. “Everyone’s work was going to solve only my legs and I would complete for nothing. I did it. I wanted it. I felt uncomfortable, but I did what they asked me to do and what was better for the movie.”
“Mickey should never have put anyone in that movie in any of those positions he did,” he concluded.
Thorne’s impressive accusations and Rourke’s subferent response occurred shortly before the “Without City” star was expelled from “Celebrity Big Brother UK” during the weekend by “inappropriate language” and “involuntary behavior.”
While Rourke made a series of homophobic comments in front of the contesting partner Jojo Siwa earlier for the week, according to the reports, he also left the housemates and the former student of “Love Island” Chris Hughes.
“Mickey Rourke has agreed to leave Celebrity Big Brother’s house tonight after a discussion with Big Brother about the additional use of inappropriate language and instances of unacceptable behavior,” confirmed a spokesman for the program on Saturday.
Rourke then apologized for “passing over the line” and “losing it for a few seconds.”
“I passed the line and assumed the responsibility of doing wrong,” he said. “Because I lost my stirrups, and I have been trying to work on that all my life, and I would like to have a better self -control, and I am very sorry.”
“I am ashamed or for myself for losing it for a few there. No one was touched or injured,” Rourke added. “Maybe some feelings were injured, or maybe others have feelings about others bothering, but, you know, I’m sorry.”
