
Hailey of Lith and Angel Reese is ready to join the forces on the court this summer.
The sky of Chicago said that would happen on Monday night when they chose it no. 11 In general in the 2025 WNBA draft.
Shortly after Lith heard his name called, Reese tok to social networks to express his emotion.
“We do it well the first time,” Reese wrote in X, previously Twitter. “Let’s run backkkk.”
The feeling was mutual.
“Excited to be close to her again,” said Lith.
De Lith played with Reese in LSU for the 2023-24 season, losing in the Eight eight against UCLA. After that season, Reese was recruited No. 7 in general and Lith transferred to TCU.
Around the last year, the two have maintained contact with each other and for Lith said they have “mutual respect” for each other as women and players.
“We have many similarities with the way we carry outlves and our mentality,” Lith said. “She is a dog, man. He enlivens her intensity with all those around her, so I am excited to be in that environment with her again, where she can get more out of me than I think I have.”
Van Lith was the second of the consecutive selections of heaven in Monday’s draft. Chicago chose Slovenian striker Ajša Sivka with NO. 10 Selection.
