They always come to crawl back.
Nikki Boyer, the creator of the “Dying for Sex” podcast about the sexual escapes of her best friend Molly Kocan duration of her battle against cancer, has heard some of Kochan’s old releases since the FX debuted in Hulu Miseries.
“There were some gentlemen. It’s fine, so the scene with the guy who ejaculates in the car, premature ejaculation. He and I are friends now,” Boyer told The Post. “It was based on a real story of the podcast. We interviewed him in the podcast and I see it in his scene and said:” My God, I cannot believe that this has become the program. “
Boyer serves as an executive producer in the program, based on the podcast, and is portrayed by Jenny Slate. Michelle Williams plays Kochan, who died in 2019.
The actress and the singer said that the “carlarm type” is not ashamed by the sexual incident of her and Kochan exposed both in the podcast and in the program.
“I think that at first he said:” I don’t know, really because talking about this? “And then I think he said … that it is the point of history, you are not ashamed in your sexual awakening,” Boyer said. “If it is messy, it’s fun.”
“Shame and sexuality are so linked, and I think he decided to let him go, that for a man I thought he was really bold and beautiful,” Boyer explained. “And the fact that he arrived at the podcast and now knows that this is in the world. It is only one of my favorite humans. I love him for that.”
Boyer said he has heard from another of Kochan’s ex those who have never spoken publicly.
“It is not included in the television program. It is not included in the podcast. The character of Rob Delaney is a son of a combination of three different men for whom Molly was feeling. And this guy was one of them, but never talked to us, so Boy Deeploke shared.
She added: “I protected myself in four years and he contacted me a few days ago and said: ‘I am open for this, and I wanted that I would have communicated with you before, but I simply do not.”
“And now there are some people who begin to reach and simply say:” Oh, my God, I can’t believe that I am still alive in the world, “said Boyer.” And so, it is interesting to have people from the past son or return and say: “Hey, do you remember me?”
“And the guy who would not tell us was a funeral. So he revealed that he brought her to her work and showed him what the embalming was and that they had many conversations about death and what happens to your body,” Boyer revealed. “So I think there was a real connection there.”
Boyer also has his leg in contact with Kocan’s mother (played by Sissy Spacek) since the show came out.
“His mother came with me to the beautiful premiere and loves him. He really knew what his answer was going to be,” Boyer told The Post. “I know how deeply Molly loves and how grateful she is that the story continues in the world. She loves. She met Michelle, who was a beautiful moment at the premiere. They arrived in real time together.”
“I am talking to her as regular and I love it because I feel that it gives me a small piece of Molly. I think she also gives her mother a small peace of Molly,” Boyer added. “So we are very connected and I am very grateful to be happy.”
As “dying for sex” receives critics criticism and generates Emmy Buzz, Boyer knows that Kochan is smiling from heaven.
“I think she is impressed. I think she is proud. I think she is proud of herself. I think she is proud of me,” Boyer said about her late friend.
“This show forces you to take a deep and dark look inside yourself and with the state of the world and where things are at this time, I knew that collectively that humans were really for this, but the answer we have remembered from the people,” Boyer continued. “We all seek a deeper meaning. And the son of resurfaced my confidence in humanity and everyone, because it was a risky show and a FX tok soome really beautiful risks.”
“I am very proud or all so that Bee collects this son of content,” Boyer added. “This type of joy and sincere complaint, all mixed.”
The 8 “dying for sex” episodes are transmitting in Hulu.
