Summer House Recap: Kyle Complains About Sex Life Before Amanda Split

“There are so many things Amanda and I need to talk about,” Kyle, 43, told friends. WestWilson and Jesse Solomon during the Tuesday, February 10, episode of the Bravo series.

Fans previously saw Kyle yell at Amanda, 34, during the season 10 premiere after she allegedly went naked into the pool at the Hamptons home, even though she was wearing a bra. (Kyle was also in the pool at the time.)

When asked on Tuesday’s episode why he was being “naughty” with Amanda and apparently getting “jealous,” Kyle confessed that there was more to his frustrations than meets the eye.

“I shouldn’t say this, but she acted like she smoked marijuana every night for the last two years,” Kyle says.

West, 31, was shocked by Kyle’s accusations and asked, “She what? Does she faint?”

When Kyle confirmed that Amanda usually went to bed early, West asked, “When do you fuck?” Kyle grimaced and replied, “Good question,” implying that they weren’t having sex.

West went on to ask about Kyle and Amanda’s sex life, wondering if it “never” happens or “just less than you’d like.”

Kyle implied that he and Amanda were not intimate, saying, “If she smokes weed every night…”

West filled in the blanks and asked, “Aren’t you fucking around?” to which Kyle’s eyes widened, seemingly confirming West’s assumptions. “No? It’s okay,” West responded.

Kyle continued to vent about his relationship with Amanda, telling the kids, “My apartment smells like a frat house and looks like a frat house because she lives chaotically.”

He claims that he “can’t even hire a cleaning company because there’s too much shit,” comparing his and Amanda’s apartment to an episode of Hoarders.

Kyle alleged that the situation got so bad that he “begged” Amanda’s mother to “come into town and help,” which she did about a year earlier.

While Kyle was complaining about Amanda, she walked towards the group from where she was standing with the other girls and everyone fell silent.

“I feel bad now,” Kyle said quietly.

“What the fuck? What’s going on? Kyle,” Amanda asked, visibly upset. “Someone tell it. I’m going to find out one way or another.”

As Kyle struggled to find words, Amanda joked, “Did the cat get your tongue? You have a lot to say to others.”

Kyle took a moment before saying to his wife, “I feel like you’re not very interested in me and us.” Then he stated, “You haven’t asked a question in years.”

Amanda claims that Kyle was guilty of overreacting. “I want companionship and friendship and I don’t understand it. You’re giving me nothing,” he responded, which Amanda argued was “not true.”

Amanda noted that it made her “uncomfortable” that Kyle decided to tell “everyone” how he feels except her and said it showed that they weren’t communicating.

“I don’t know what else to do. I’m putting up smoke signals and saying, ‘Help!'” Kyle said.

Amanda told him that they would “talk about this later”, which upset Kyle and forced him to leave the bar.

The argument between Kyle and Amanda was one of many they had during Tuesday’s episode, which filmed in the summer of 2025. The couple, who were married for four years, announced their separation in January.

Kyle confessed to his friend Carl Radke Tuesday that he felt “embarrassed” by his behavior and “embarrassed” that he told some of the new housemates about his and Amanda’s problems. He also expressed concern about his marriage.

“I understand that I work a lot, but when I make an effort with Amanda, I don’t feel like it’s reciprocated,” Kyle said, stating that the couple was “not on the brink of collapse” despite their arguments.

The episode ended with another fight between Kyle and Amanda as he attempted to apologize to the group over dinner.

“What I was trying to say is, out of respect for my marriage and my wife, I apologize for airing some dirty laundry. And letting some of my emotions get the best of me,” Kyle said afterward. Ciara Miller He was caught laughing at his apology to Amanda across the table.

Amanda chimed in and said, “I feel like this apology should have been given to me directly.”

Kyle claims he already apologized to his spouse when they left the Hamptons to return to New York City the previous weekend.

“It’s okay. You don’t need to give it to the entire table,” Amanda continued, which hurt Kyle’s feelings.

He explained that he wanted to talk to everyone because “it would be great if people were a little respectful sometimes” before criticizing Ciara, 30, for interrupting him earlier.

“Kyle, don’t do that to Ciara,” Amanda said, defending her friend.

When Kyle pointed out that Ciara was “laughing at me,” Amanda responded, “It’s okay. Me too,” which made him even angrier and stormed into the house.
