Calabacin and egg white pan
Why will you love it:
Light, tasty and ready in 10 minutes. This breakfast of a pan feels cozy and clean, with the proper balance of proteins and fresh summer flavor.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Hot olive oil in a pan approximately over medium heat.
2. Add the zucchini and cook for 2–3 minutes until they soften slightly.
3. Pour the egg whites and the whole egg.
4. Gently scrambled.
3. Cover with feta cheese, basil and a pinch or salt + pepper.
Protein: Around 25 g
Durazno and Chicken Grilled Salad
Why will you love it:
This salad is basically summer in a bowl: sweet, saboya and full of lean proteins. Grill peaches add a caramelized flavor that takes it to the next level.
Ingredients:

6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 mature peach, in the middle and the grill

2 Rúcula cups or mixed vegetables

¼ cup of goat cheese or crumble without dairy

2 tablespoons of nuts or chopped nuts

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. The halves of the peach grill are cut for 2 to 3 minutes until caramel.
2. Reduce and mix with vegetables, chicken, cheese and nuts.
3. Beat olive oil and balsamic vinegar for fast dressing.
4. Sprinkle on the salad and season with salt + pepper.

Strawberry Coconut Slope

Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients until they are soft and creamy.
2. Pour into a glass and cover with additional coconut or strawberries in slices if you feel elegant.
