As we enter 4 or our thin spring challenge, it is important to stay motivated and focused on its objectives so that it does not leave the track or surrender! Summer is just around the corner, so we stayed consisting!
5 tips to help you stay on the way and motivated:
1. Incusion of objectives
If goals were made for you at the beginning of SSD, see them again and make sure you stay focused on achieving them. You can always update the thesis so that you better fit your horses and needs, but continue with them.
Whether you are losing a certain amount of weight or improving your resistance, make sure your objectives are realistic and attainable within the period of the rest of the challenge.
2. Stay consistent
Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results. Be sure to meet your training schedule and meal plan, only on the days you don’t feel it. Remember, each small effort adds to great long -term progress.
Summer is just around the corner and you will thank you for moving your body even when you do not want when you are lying on a beach somewhere;)
3. Check in the responsibility group
Having a support system can cause a world duration duration to be a physical conditioning challenge. Either a training friend, a friend who shares his goals or his SSD responsibility group, be sure to consult with them since we are halfway through the Delgado Salto!

4. Mix your training
Keep interesting things trying different types of training in our Move application through the challenge. This not only prevents Bordom, but also helps the different muscle groups and prevent the plateaus. From Cardio to strength and yoga training, mix to keep your body challenged.
5. Celebrate small victories
Do not forget to celebrate your progress on the way. Whether you are reaching a new better staff on your training streak, sticking to your meal plan for a week in a row or simply feeling more energized, take time to recognize and celebrate your little victories. This will help to motivate and focus on its ultimate goal.
