You have reached the last week of our Summer Shape Up challenge and that is something to celebrate! Whether you have crushed each training or lost some on the way, this is your time to end strong, feel proud and give everything.
Lord are 5 tips To help you do most or week 6:
1. Reflect on your progress
Before immersing yourself in the final thrust, take a minute to look back in how far it has come. Maybe he has created a consistent training habit, improved his resistance or has made healthy food decisions. These victories matter, so celebrate them! Recognizing progress increases motivation and reminds him why he started first.
2. Plan your week
A little planning is very useful. Schedule what time you will do your workouts as if they were appointments. Because I would go to omit an appointment or a meeting if it is too tired, not humor, etc.
Make your purchases of groceries and prepare the recipes of your meal meals. Knowing exactly what you will have every day takes away your conjectures and facilitates meet your goals.
