We are officially on week 4 of the Summer Shape Up ChallengeAnd if you feel your motivation that fades or you are not as excited as in week 1, it’s fine!
It is common for motivation to fade, but it is very important to be aware of it so that it can continually crush its objectives. This is where Real transformation It happens, not only in your body, but in your mentality.
Here there are advice on how to restore your mentality so that you can end these last weeks!
1. Dittch The mentality of “All or nothing”
Did a training miss? Did you eat something that is not in your plan? Did you omit your steps one day?
That’s ok. Things happen. You are human.
This challenge is not about being perfect. It is about building consistency and appearing again and again, just after a setback. A day off does not undo all your progress. Quitting smoking. Let the blame go and keep moving forward.

2. Focus on victories not on scale
The scale is just a success (very small) measure. What else has changed?
-
Are your highest energy levels?
-
Are you sleeping better?
-
Are your most manageable cravings?
-
Have you attached to your goals longer than ever?
These victories matter. Actually, they matter more. Start tracking the progress you feel, not only what you see.
3. Check your “why”
You started this challenge for a reason. Maybe it was to feel safer. To increase your energy. Finally continue with a plan.
Take a few minutes today to Connect with you again. Write it. Tell it out loud. Put it in a sticky note and place it somewhere that you will see for the rest of this challenge. When motivation fades, why keep you underway.

4. Change of identity result
Instead of saying “I want to lose weight,” he says “I am becoming someone who prioritizes his health.”
On the other hand or “I want to be fit,” he says “I am the daughter of the woman who is not no”
Changing your approach to what you want who you are becoming is powerful. Makes your daily habits feel more like who you are adjusting what you are doing.
5. Celebrate how far you have arrived
You have come to week 4. That is a big problem. Most people do not take the step and start. But you did. You introduced yourself. And you are still appearing.
Take a moment and be proud of that. Then use it as proof that you can finish this strongest challenge than it started.

Ready for your restart?
Let this be your time to restore, re -enforce and Keep advancing. You have come too far to stop now. Let’s end these last weeks with intention, strength and trust.
You have this.
