4. Keep hydrated + get a lot or sleep
It is a joke to all holiday festivities, do not forget to take care of yourself. Keep hydrated drinking a lot of water through the day, especially if you enjoy some cocktails at parties. Point to at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night to support your general well-being and help you resist the temptation of unhealthy snacks when you are tired.
