History:
“Honestly, I hardly send my story Because it was 100% “perfect.” But then I realized: “Well, that’s the point, right?” Life will not be perfect all the time, and Neithe is us. It is a duration thesis imperfect moments that we need Recover and stick to the foundations.
I started strong, but around the sixth week of the challenge, I had to undergo unexpected surgery, which taught me the rest of the challenge. Despite the obstacles, I stayed with the foundations of the LSF HBMP and now I am 12 lighter pounds And a total of 12.5 closer inches! If you take something from my story, let it be: Do not let a small hiccup ruin your entire trip! I could have thrown into the towel and give up, but I did not, and the results are more than surprising. It does not have to be 100% perfect to see the results.
The “Old I” would have resigned at the time I underwent surgery, thinking: “Fuck, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what is the point?” But I realized that LSF is not just another diet or fashion, it is really a lifestyle and that can be maintained! These 8 -week adjustments have demonstrated that to me and, hopefully, for everything that follows my journey on Instagram. I have never felt (or looked) better, and the trust I have now price.

“The last three years have changed life for me. I started a family, and now I have two wonderful babies, a two and a half year old boy. As my family has grown up, my body has done so. I have grown up babies. Really fought to lose weight And I kept around 15 pounds more than I started. After my son, I just added to what I had already won, but this time I wanted to stop looking at weight loss as a unique objective, but rather a lifestyle forever could be watery. But that is not what should be significantly for me. In addition to my photos before and after for this challenge, I have a Before and after mentality. Before thinking, if I don’t stay with my plan, I am a failure. I could well restart tomorrow. After thinking, If I do not adhere to my plan, that’s fine, I’m human! I could too Find joy at the time because I’m still on my trip!
For me, this challenge was to be perfect (although hello hello 55 -day application training streak!), It was about having the Discipline to strive and stay consistent while you have the grace to accept when things are not “perfect.” There were days when I didn’t have the energy to enter, but I still found a way to move at the time and give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure to achieve my protein goals and made a vegetable with each meal. I am very proud of what they achieve in the last 8 weeks, but most importantly, I am proud of the frame that I have established to achieve my goals and Become the best version and model to follow Myelf for my children and my husband!“

“SSD was a revealing opening challenge For me because it was my first 8 -week challenge back to the LSF community. I had to sit myself and evaluate what I was preventing being happy in my skin and really trying with my nutrition. Yo Cut excessive alcohol and tried to be aware of the calories that went and left! It was nice to see other women going through the same things that I had programs and feeling burned, etc. But we He continued to appear for our eLDE! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with moving my body again For 20-30 minutes to improve not only my physical appearance, but it increases mental cognition and mood!
