“I lost an inch and a half in my belly and 2.5 inches just above my hips!
I am very proud of the work I did in this challenge, because I never have such a consistent leg. This challenge meant more for me, because I made the decision of Prioritize my health about everything else.
This Meean Thyroid medications began for the first time, Reaxy legalized the doctor, I got super consisting of with with with with with with with with withck withck becauseck forck for for888 lifestyle that I have always wanted. While the scale did not show all my progress, I was Surprised to see how quickly I threw my inches from my waist.
I also noticecanon Confidence wave returns to my lifeAnd it has helped me feel happier in the world. Yo I started dressing with clothes that I like more and highlight the parts of my body that I have hidden for so long. I also became stronger (I returned to my weights of 15 pounds!) And just because to try the bar in the gym.
I did all this from home, on the beach and with my puppyAnd I am still strengthening, just even if I return to school (I am a teacher) is exhausting. I am learning how Important is to take first (Through nutrition, training, rest, etc.) so that it can appear better anywhere else. I loved the HBMP, because it allowed me to eat things that I loved and be flexible when I needed it. Now I’m going back.
And I owe everything, I I enjoyed my responsibility group because the girls who understood more than anyone in my life for what was happening! He felt so incredible to win the award of week 3, because he felt as if they had seen me for all my hard work! Thanks for this incredible community, and I am very excited to continue building these habits. “

“This challenge was special to me! A one year or daily movement anniversary and focus on nutrition. Many milestones, including my 400 -day streak and several PRS through the summer fitness evaluation.
There were days when I didn’t feel like moving my body and facing pizza and cinnamon rolls, but then I remembered why I am doing this: to be a strong woman who did not shy away from the possibility of more.
Am Very proud of progress in Just Thesis 6 Short Week. While I didn’t lose many pounds, I feel that I am starting to gain muscle and see the definition.
I am very grateful for the LSF community and only Wax was the winner of week 5, which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, my thanks for another fantastic challenge! “

“The trip this time has been more a long -term goal, not just a challenge to challenge the approach. January 2025, I started with the Objective of losing 20 pounds With the main “why” be to take care of myself. From my 2025 goals planner: “The most important thing I want to achieve this year is to lose 20 pounds so that you can better physical function and have a better mental state” This challenge helped me drop those last pounds and I have achieved my goal of losing 20 pounds this year.
Is this thought? At all. 2025 will continue to be the year of change. I am just over 40 years old and I am experiencing the ups and downs of perimenopause. I am tired of being tired and temperamental. Focusing mental health, physical well -being and growth in my relationship with Jesus will continue to be central for each day in the future.
I feel better than in a long time. I have more energy, less moody (most of the time;) and AM Listen to the compliments that my husband is giving me. He is always an animator, but When you do not feel good about yourself, it is difficult to collect the fulfillment as intended. YO ‘I am excited to see how God will continue working in thesis 4 months of 2025 and I am anxious for Continuing appearing with LSF to improve my health. “
