Carter caught national attention for an interception that turned his university days, his time at Robert Morris University. In a game against the state of Utah in August 2024, Carter made this incredible interception with one hand near the end of the first half:
The interception even reached “Good Morning America”.
Carter signed with the BC Lions in May 2025, after not being damaged in the NFL 2025 Draft. Carter attended the rookie mini -we with the Baltimore Ravens, but was not signed by the team. He got a place with the lions and was in action on Sunday night while the Tok lions in the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
