The era of the “Invoice of the Chapel” has the Goths in the brutal beginning for North Carolina. While Bill Belichick arrived as the new football coach of the school for many rates, the Tar Heels ran out of the door and are about to fall to 2-3, since they are being strangled at home by a 1-3 Clemson team with the 38-3 score in the fourth quarter.
And an UNC student summed up the situation brutally.
When the transmission went to a break at the end of the first quarter with Clemson already to an advantage of 28-3, the ESPN transmission touched this clip of an interview with Anna Yi:
Reference to the opening defeat of the season against TCU, the UNC student had this to say: “TCU was … I used that game and that was one of the saddest that I am in the university so far. I have failed half of the successful ones before saying something.”
The transmission played the clip later in the contest (with Clemson now leading 35-3) and became a deepest discussion of UNC football:
If there is a better way to summarize the era of the Embichick in Chapel Hill so far, we have not done it.
