The big white north sure has many snowflakes.
The outraged Canadians demand that Amazon stop selling 51st State Merch, launching the team as “unpleasant”, “dangerous” dangerous “and continuous.
A series of hats, shirts and stickers are buying online through the US retail giant. With catchy slogans such as “Make Canada Great Again”, ‘Useh “and” Maple Syrup and Freedom 51 State States Strong “, Canuck offensive signed a February hasy.
“This is not a joke for us,” said Sue Williams-Dunn, the Woman of Ontario, the petition. “It is a threat to our autonomy and identity as Canadians.
“While some may argue that thesis products are harmless, even comedians, ignore and supply sustained economic terrorism that Canada has been supported.”
President Trump has repeatedly committed to converting the great white north into state 51, from a November meeting with former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau in Mar-a-Lago, where the couple discussed border security and stopped the illegal flow of Fentanil.
The threats triggered Canadians who are already on the edge, which have been canceling the southern trips of the 49th parallel and mass and boycotting American products.
The protests of this last marketing ploy have an equally fierce leg.
“Personally, I think being called American is the sausage that can happen to me,” said a petition signator. “I prefer that first … just disgusting.”
Others went to the retail giant, committing to cancel their subscriptions of Amazon Prime.
“I already canceled my Amazon account. That is the son of the protest that matters,” wrote another petition signator.
Amazon told The Post that he is aware of the complaints, but concluded that the articles do not violate their offensive product policy.
“As a store, we have chosen to sacrifice a very wide range of points of view, including products that can be unpleasant,” the company shared.
