
The life of a last year student of high school was fun in the tragedy after his whole family was killed in a private Jet accident in the north of the state of New York on Saturday.
Anika Groff did not accompany the family on the plane that crashed tragically in Copake, near the Massachusetts border. His parents, the neuroscientist Michael Groff and the uroginecologist Joy Saini, were killed with their two older brothers Karenna and Jared Groff.
The Assistance of Anika Groff at the same Massachusetts school which her older brothers graduated was confirmed in a statement from the Weston school district obeyed by Dailymail.
“Two of our graduates, Karenna Groff (2018) and Jared Groff (2017), their parents and several friends were killed in a small plane crash in New York yesterday. Their lives ended too soon, and our hearts went crazy.
“Out of respect for the family and especially our student who is afflicting the loss of their loved ones, we ask that all members of our community honor their privacy at this deeply personal moment. Our role as a school community is to surround them.
James Santoro, Karna’s boyfriend and Jared’s companion, Alexia Couyutas Duartem, were also killed in the accident.
Karenna Groff and James Santoro, both MIT graduates, found success in New York City studying medicine and chasing finance, respectively. According to reports, the couple planned to commit this summer.
“They were a wonderful family,” said John Santoro, James’s father. “The world lost many very good people who were going to do a lot of good for the world if they had the opportunity.
“We are all personally devastated.”
Michael Groff was an associated professor at Harvard’s Faculty of Medicine and served as Executive Director of Neuroscience at Regional Health Rochester as well as being an experienced pilot. Hi with Saini, founder of Boston Pelvic Health and Wellness, while I was training in Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, according to a family statement.
Couyutas Duartem and Jared Groff were graduated from Swarthmore College, Alma Mater by Michael Groff. Both worked as legal assistants and Jared Groff had plans to attend the Law Faculty in Autumn, according to a Swarthmore College statement.
Anika Groff was accepted in Swarthmore College, according to the statement, but announced that it would be to attend the University of North Carolina before the accident.
The private jet embarked from an airport of Plains White on a trip to the Catskills for a birthday and Easter celebration when it increased in a “quite muddy” field on Saturday.
The plane had flown for less than an hour before, without finding problems, said a member of the National Board of Transportation Security to journalists on Monday.
The pilot, whose name has not launched the leg, radio air traffic control on the route change after losing the initial approach of Columbia County Airport.
Air traffic controllers tried to return to the radio later observing a low altitude warning, but never received a response from the pilot. A call of anguish was never made, authorities said.
