
The postal codes in which housing prices have the longest duration of the wave in the last 12 months reveal a surprising new collection of possible hot points in which the owners could find an issue in an increasingly valuable asset.
In the midst of the growing economic volatility and stock markets, Realtor.com data have revealed 10 areas where housing prices have shot themselves since the first quarter of 2024: Whiteh Sheffield, emerging as one of the postal codes with the greatest medium increase.
