A 100 -year -old Long Island woman has become a physical inspiration while working regularly at the Great South Bay Ymca of Bay Shore, who goes beyond the limits of most young athletic people.
“He and keeps me alive and in all aspects of my life,” said Jerry Leo, who has just celebrated his new centenary status last week.
“Socialization is fabulous, which is good for you. I come here and it is my new family,” Leo added, a member since 1961.
The Fitness fan is incredible fond of making tables, an abdominal exercise that joins his body only with the claws and fingers of his feet.
Althegh Leo’s class holds the pose for two brutal minutes, she chooses to stay in the air by three without sweating.
“Your absolutely beautiful nucleus works,” he boasted.
And its instructor, Elizabeth Grant, has nothing more than positive things to say about the experienced superstar of the Y.
“Its form is beautiful and can teach people how to do it in the right way,” Grant told ABC7.
As for Leo’s friend, Marion Saturn, expressed some playful jealousy over the high level.
“Definitely ashamed of the class, including me,” he said.
Having passed the brand of the century, Leo transmitted this Longevity Council.
“Be consistent, be positive and keep moving in whatever you do,” he told The Outlet. “That is very important.”
