Elizabeth Baxter, of the environmental division of the departments, came to work just after 8:20 am on August 18 at the “4con” building of the Department of Justice in the Noma district, where he boasted a security guard who had just made the gesture at the Center Stop Metro and told the guard, “FK the National Guard,” Bondi told the New York Post.
“Today I took measures to end a DOJ employee for inappropriate conduct towards members of the National Guard service in DC,” Bondi told The Outlet.

Later that day, Baxter was seen in security images of the Department of Justice that took the middle finger to the National Guard and exclaimed: “FK you!” The departure reported. It was supposedly seen demonstrating a security guard of the department how he held the half hidden finger.
On August 25, he allegedly reached work and again boasted the security guard who hated the National Guard and told them that “FK outside!”
