We want to surprise us when we see programs. So, when we can predict what will happen in an episode, we do not feel conceited satisfaction, we feel annoying. The first episode of a new Scandi Noir series in Netflix was completely predictable, which gives us high hopes that the rest of the limited series will suddenly be full of surprising turns.
Opening shot: A girl walks home at night. She goes through a store and buys cigarettes for her mother and sweets for her.
The yeast: When the young baking (Seraphine Krystek) returns home, the door is open. His mother is not close, but that is not unusual. Suddenly, it is gripped. He wakes up in a glass box, reflected inside, without an idea of where he is or who took it.
Decades later, Dischala (Léonie Vincent) is a criminologist who lives in the United States. We see her by making a presentation in the mind of a child’s abductor, and the person who presents her tells the audience that she has a unique perspective that is a victim of abduction.
After the conference, he receives a phone call from his father, Valter (Johan Wiversberg) to tell him that his wife Ann-Marie died. Ann-Marie and Valter, the police commissioner in the hometown of farming in Granås, adopted farm after they found her alive, and while considering Valter the father who had never had, she and Ann-Marie did not get along.
It flies to Sweden to attend the funeral of Ann-Marie and see Valter. He retired as a police commissioner, replaced by his brother Tomás (Johan Rheborg). In the decades since the kidnapping of the flum, Ann-Marie tried to find out who kidnapped her, but it was in vain. It wanted to distance himself from the whole matter, one of the reasons why he moved abroad, but his time in that glass box still chases her.
Duration The funeral is re-connected to her best friend of Childhood Louise (Gina-Lee Fahlén Ronander) and her daughter Alicia (Minoo Andacheh); Louise recently moved to the city with her husband said (Farzad Farzaneh). Joy and Louise’s mother, Kristina (Cecilia Nilsson) lead a development project that will expand a local mine, with the townspeople giving them a lot of setback. Louise hates that she is cursed in the townspeople for what her husband and mother are doing.
The next day, just before he will go back to the United States, she visits Louise. Not only finds Louise dead in his bathtub, blood everywhere; When Kristina appears on the scene without Alice, the realization is established in the fact that Louise’s daughter has been kidnapped.

What programs will you remember? The glass dome It is similar to any amount of scandi noir series in Netflix, such as Post Mortem: No one dies in Skarnes.
OUR TOMA: The glass dome He has all the elements of Scandi Noir that attracts people to the genre, from the main character that returns to his small hometown after years to the modern night environments of most scenes. There is the bondigatory scene of the farm leading to its hometown and another where it stops on a bridge while it begins to have flashbacks in its nightmare kidnapping.
Everything is something quite standard, and we know that Dischal and Valter will begin to investigate the kidnapping of Alicia on their own, to the dismay of Brother Tomás de Valter. It is also quite obvious that the two kidnappings are connected; We do not have to see the final scene to know that Alicia will wake up in a glass box, just as he did it two decades ago.
Because all this was so predictable in the first episode, we ask ourselves how sinuous it will be the mystery of kidnapping. The first indicators, or course, point to Alicia’s father, they said, but obviously that will not work. The expansion of the probable mine has something to do with this, but maybe not, given all that “girl in a box.”
The most interesting part of this series is to see how it can handle the revision of that era of nightmare or its life, since it already pursues it from the time. We will imagine more, we will have more flashbacks of information duration, including what happened with your mother. We assume that he suffered the same destination as Louise. But the first episode does not give us much confidence that this series will improve as it progresses.

Sex and skin: None in the first episode.
Separation shot: When we see Dischal returning in his time in the kidnapper’s glass box, we see a flash of another girl in the box, shouting for help. Predictible, is Alicia.
Star Star: We will give this to Johan Rheborg, who has the ungrateful task of interpreting Tomás, who will basically pass the series trying to keep his brother Valter and his niece overmits to intervene in his investigation into the murder of Louise and Alicia.
The majority of the pilot line: Valter tells Darco that he has been distracted since Ann-Marie’s death listening to Joe Rogan. Oy.
Our call: Omit it. The first episode of The glass dome It was too predictable, giving us a bad feeling that the rest of the limited series will also be.
