This woman and her husband live on a free cruise, but there is a trap.
Cruise Ship Living has been part of Christine Kesteloo’s life for many years. She had the title of Cruise Director for many years and now accompanies her husband, who works at the chief engineer of a cruise.
The couple spends half of their year on the cruise, traveling all over the world, and the other half is dedicated to living in the Netherlands.
“We always have the same cabin assigned to Pete’s position on the ship, and in my opinion, we have the best cabin throughout the ship,” the American woman told The Mirror.
The room and the board on the cruise do not cost Kesteloo anything, and can enjoy the same advantages as the crew, such as alcoholic beverages for half discount and Internet access to a discount rate.
You can also enjoy the many comforts that guests have access, such as the pool, the spa and the gym.
However, there is a part of the cruise that avoids Kesteloo because it is badly seen: the Casino floor.
“I am not allowed to sit in a slot machine and play my heart until I win, it would look a bit strange if I, like the wife of the chief staff engineer, won as a grand prize.
Being a respectful cruise, Kesteloo does everything possible to alar any of the comforts, such as the coveted room by the pool.
“If the pool is full, I make sure to go down and give the guests a seat, it is the right thing. I totally understand how to give the guests the best moment and I do not believe that a member of the crew that takes his seat is the right thing to be right,” he said.
Kesteloo has followers for her on Tiktok, sharing with her almost 1 million followers a look at her cruise living life, and useful advice for her cruise -lovers.
“Since we live in a cruise, half of the year, we celebrated many of our special occasions on the ship,” Kesteloo is heard in one of her many Tiktok videos that she and her husband dressed for her night of appointment.
