Charli XCX apparently shaded the green day while he was in 2025 Coachella Afterparty.
The “360” singer, born Charlotte Aitchison, published photos through Instagram on Sunday from a party in Indian, California, after her show full of stars The Night Prior.
In some photos, he posed next to a DJ and his friends with a white mini dress and a silk strip that said: “Miss should be a sign.”
Fans thought the message was an excavation in Green Day, which Coachella headed the day Charli acted.
“Please. As if she were the same caliber as Green Day and I’m not just that in Green Day,” wrote a one X user.
“For the main public it is not bigger than Green Day,” added another.
“I collected Green Day, but they are much larger and better known than it is,” wrote an third intern.
“An ‘Summer’ album and these girls are acting as if they were larger than everyone else,” said a fourth person.
Several other fans defended Charli, 32, saying that he should have headed the Music Festival on Saturday.
“It is the way in which ‘i love it’ is bigger than Green Day’s career,” One X User wrote.
“Coachella lets Charli do not see Charli must be investigated … Imagine choosing the green day on the future of pop,” added another.
“Charli deserved that main slot, without a cap,” wrote a third follower.
Page six communicated with Green Day to comment, but did not receive an immediate response.
Duration of Charli’s performance on Saturday, took several stars, including Billie Eilish, Lorde and Troye Sivan.
Charli then organized his private party in the Guess Jeans complex with his famous friends Julia Fox, Emma Chamberlain, Reneé Rapp, Anya-Taylor Joy, Timothée Chalamet, Justin Bieber and Cara Delevingne.
The guests enjoyed cured drinks like Patón El Alto and Gin & Juice.
Meanwhile, Green Day, which consists of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool, knocked down the house with her classic successes, including “American Idiot”.
Both Charli and Green Day are scheduled to return to Coachella for the second weekend of the festival next Saturday.
