March Madness is here for the 2025-26 college basketball season! The NCAA men’s basketball tournament selection committee has finalized the bracket and CBS is revealing all matchups in the First Four and the first round. We provide the full list of matchups below and add opening odds as they are made available by FanDuel Sportsbook.

We will see considerable initial movement, so we are forming lines as quickly as possible. Many of the lines you will see below will change as you read this article, but this will help you monitor the movement of the line.

The tournament begins with the First Four on Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18. Then, the first round begins on Thursday, March 19. The national champion will be crowned April 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
