Fraud check a resident of Saratoga reported that some used fraudulent checks to withdraw money from their bank account for a total loss of approximately $ 4,865.
Petty robbery: between 12:57 am and 1:56 am, someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in Ashley Way block and stole diverse items valued at approximately $ 80.
Battery: At 10:39 am, the agents responded to a call of disturbances in the Mex Grill cave in Prospect Road. An investigation revealed that two employees entered a physical altercation last night, and the victim alleges that the suspect hit them twice on the face. The case is presented to the District Prosecutor’s Office for Review.
Recovered stolen vehicle, receiving/selling stolen property: at 2:41 pm, the agents responded to an automated notification of the registration reader for a stolen vehicle in Saratoga Avenue and Highway 85. An investigation removed. The vehicle was a short time later in Dolphin Drive and Allendale Avenue, and additional investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was a victim of fraud and cheated when buying the vehicle stolen from a total loss of approximately $ 6,000.

Identity theft, access to the unauthorized computer, fraud: a resident of Saratoga reported that some used their personal information to access their Internet service and bank accounts, then withdrew money from the victim’s savings account for a loss of approximately $ 9,200.

Vandalism at 5:38 AM, some tried to break a window of a vehicle in the Saratoga vineyard condominium complex in the vineyard lane, causing estimated damage to the $ 2,000 approach.
