Netflix has confirmed the return of I sell sunset for season 10, and the cast has already hinted at who will return and who won’t.
Season 9, which premiered in October 2025, left the show’s future unclear, with many of the central friendships fractured. Emma Hernan I was no longer close to Chrishell Stause – either Chelsea Lazkani – due to her relationship with her then boyfriend Blake Davis.
Chrishell, meanwhile, only got along with Chelsea, who also stayed away from the rest of the cast. Chelsea specifically disagreed with Mary Bonnet and Bre Tiesi after individual disputes addressed on screen.

Emma said she did not want to make an official statement. “I’ll never say never. I don’t like it when people say they won’t join the show and then they do. I’ve heard that a lot when people say, ‘I’ll never come back.’ And they come back every season,” he added. “A lot of people have done and said that; I’m not going to name names.”
She continued, “I’ve never really said it, but I’m at a point where I’m very happy with my life. I love my family. I’ve been trying to spend more time with them. I enjoy being home with family and I’ve been to the East Coast a lot this year, which has been really nice for me.”
In May 2026 it was confirmed that Emma will not return in season 10.
Chelsea Lazkani
